Magical Moments
As the year slowly draws to an end it’s a great opportunity to contemplate what you have achieved, what goals you have reached and what you have enjoyed about 2025. However, more often than not we find ourselves drawn to dwelling on the things we didn’t get around to doing. Know that this is normal. It’s human nature, in fact, to find the negatives have a louder voice than the positives. That’s why I always encourage some way of logging the things that brought about those magical moments throughout the year so as we can remind ourselves and embody the same feeling we experienced at the time.
If you feel as though there weren’t enough magical moments in in 2025, for whatever reason, and this is something you want to change in 2026 Yoga Therapy might just be the answer.
Yoga Therapy is not often the first port of call as it is still a relatively new therapy, however it is scientifically proven to help with those things that can contribute to our daily struggles such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain etc.
